Shipping
We decided to not offer free shipping at the moment in order to encourag mindful shopping.
The current shipping fees are the following:

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it** within 30 days after receiving it and we will send you a refund after we processed the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that opened perfumes can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Therefor please use the tester.

Please return the items in their original package.
We do not offer return labels. Return shipping cost are carried by the customer.
Refund
As soon as we have processed your return we will issue a refund.
Please pack the items adequately so that they won't break or get lost.
Refund will be processed once a week.
